New Job, new DNS challange, need advise.

I just started a new job. My company has a DNS challenge and I'm not sure
how to address it.
We have a DNS server running linux with a DNS zone called, company.com. We
have a second DNS server which is Microsoft AD intergrated which is
123.company.com. 123 is my AD Domain name.

AD Sync problem

We have 4 sites with a DC at each site. Replication
is set both ways but only works 1 way. The NY
which is a win 2000 PDC in mixed mode, can propagate
AD changes down to the other sites. The other
sites can not send AD changes back. I ran the diagnostic
below and this is what I discovered.

Hi, does anyone able to resolve www.zjls.gov.cn with root hints only, without
setting forwarders? I nslookuped, got timeout only. CNAME www.zjls.cache.srt.cn
is provided by the server with CyberKit, but its IP address is not resolved
then.
