The output states that you have another DNS server:
deathstar.bklighting.com
Was it used for DNS, can you clarify this?

Need help Please.
Windows 2000 Server SP4.
Single Site. Runs DHCP, DNS WINS.
Primary Active Directory Domain Controller.
Restart states Duplicate name on Network.
Single NIC.
This started when I could no longer browse the network.
NETBIOS over TCPI P is turned on the NIC.

No, all zones will be replicated with AD replication. But if you have other
DNS servers you can still use it.

I have been looking at the dns setup of a network I inherited and it looks
wrong to me. Before I change anything I want to verify I am on the right

primary dns=192.168.1.17=victory1
