it says that the kernel32.dll does not contain that function.

I see that there is an option to OpenProcess for suspend/resume.
I do not see the SuspendProcess nor ResumeProcess call for it?
In the case that there is no such thing Is there a way to do the equivalent?

datas in their registries? I am not having luck in determining what keys
have these information.
At first, I thought it was HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control
