Cant boot up

I have a friends computer that wont boot up. A blue screen comes up with
STOP: 0x0000007b INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. They dont have the recovery
disks that comes with Windows 2000/computer and all my technical software was

Mirroring and bad blocks

Hi,
I'm trying to mirror the system disk of a server with windows 2003. The
process cannot complete because the disk has bad blocks. I cannot
low-level format the disks as this server is very critical and has to
be 24hrs online. Is there any way to mark those blocks as bad and
proceed with the mirroring?

Viewing Japanese Fonts

I installed the Japanese language pack in the control panel, when I open an
XML file with Japanese characters in it the fonts appear correctly in Word
and IE but when I open the file in Flash the fonts do not appear. I have
