Why would windows load a program into memory but then not display

I had Firefox running fine , now it clicks and goes nowhere , it's loaded in
the Task manager as running but it won't display , Any ideas ? I reinstalled
XP pro and Firefox but still no go , new video card but it ran for a week
after that fine

What is the fastest way (in terms of time) to import data from a 200 mb text
file into MS Access table using VB.Net in a Windows 2000 environment? In VBA,
I simply used the Docmd command. It is very fast.

Major Trouble with Color Settings...Color incompatibility

My computer blinked and changed color settings suddenly..accidentally.
The color was abnormally light and then very dark I adjusted the colorin
settings to 16 bits true color,32 and then just 16...all yeid the same
