"date /t" display order changed by using scheduled task

One of Windows Server 2003 in my test lab met a problem:
Run "date /t" under a console window, the output is:
"01/14/2006 Sat"
But, once I wrote a batch file with the same command line "call date /t",
the output changed to:
"Sat 01/14/2006"
What is wrong in this server? One thing I know is, in Winodows 2000 ...

Running a MSDOS program in Win95 compatibility mode under Win2000

I have a MSDOS program that only runs under Windows 95. I need to run
this program on a Windows 2000 system. I know there is a windows 95
compatibility mode, but that tab only is available on a shortcut to a
windows program. On a shortcut to a MSDOS prog, that tab is not there.

IME Pad errors out.

I am receiving an error message "createinstance error
0x80004002" when I try to open the IME pad.
I have downloaded the servicepack 4 for windows 2000 which
MS suggested would fix the problem, but it did not - can
anyone help?

Outlook Express previewing and reading email

When I use Outlook Express to retrieve my email, I will get the email however
I cannot view it. The mouse pointer becomes an hourgalss and just spins and
spins.
I went to taskmaanger and it showed that my usage was 100%. This just
started happening a couple of weeks ago or so.
