WTS logon and GPO / Script order

Hi,
Does anyone know the order in which gpo and scripts are applied when a user
logs on to WTS? From my experience the order is as follows:
1. User profile is loaded (including registry)
2. GPO settings are applied (registry, folder redirection etc)
3. GPO logonscripts are run
4. usrlogon.cmd is run

What are the implications of running a MS-Access BE and an SQL-Server
BE on the same Terminal Server?
Assuming that the TS can handle the load are there any other issues?

Limit remote users start menu

We want to limit some remotes to only start/programs/
I am not having luck w group policies to not install with new users the
all users menus also. Does anyone know where I can get info on how to make
this happen w 2003 server terminal server? Tried Q278295 but no luck getting
just Start/Programs.
