printer problem

Hi,
We have a problem with a user who has a HP 4250 printer with an extra paper
tray, he needs to enable the third paper tray everytime he logs on to his TS
account on the server.
Is there a way to put this setting samewhere for this user only, as other
users on the same TS with that printer do not have ...

I am running solar winds on a server. We share this from a console session
and only one user can access at a time. Is there a way to keep people from
logging off, terminating the application on the server? Maybe it would be
better to run the SW performance monitor as a service. Has anyone done this?
