Automate Install of TS and TS Licensing on Windows 2003 SP1

I am trying to use a inf file and sysocmgr to install TS and TS Licensing.
With Windows 2003 SP1 you now have additional parameters for the Licensing
Server and Licensing Mode. Does anyone know the proper inf parameters to use
sysocmgr to install TS and TS Licensing correctly?

I am having this problem with a user in my company:
when he connects via rdp to a ts and puts the option to open a web page it
opens 2 windows instead of 1.
1 - If he first connects and then launches the ie explorer it opens correct

Situation:
SCO server that share some dirs by SAMBA (but tried also to move the
files/programs directly to the Win2003 SVR remapping the drive unit using
SUBST, with no difference) .

servidor.
El problema es que nuestro sistema controla las MAC de cada sucursal por
razones de control
Existe alguna manera de que queden con las MAC originales?
