New Licensing server

We have 5 other terminal servers in different sites pointing to this one

TSApp to Remote Admin mode

Hi, I installed a W2k3 Server, made it a Domain Controller, later installed
Exch 2003 on it and then enabled TSApp(Terminal Services in Application mode)
now I want to roll it back to Remote administration mode, if I do that will
my application(Exch 2003) work normally.

Understanding Licensing

I have Installed TS Licenses 3 differnt times First 8, then 50, then 3.
They are all listed in the License manager uinder the Temporary line item.
What I see is this : Of the ones I have installed it shows Type "open" ,
Total "50", Available "50", Issued "0". In the line above it, it says Type

Terminal Server deploy

Terminal Services License Mgr. 2000 & 2003
