TS User Policy vs Desktop User Policy

Is there a way to apply user GPO to a user logged onto TS and not have it
apply to the same user when logged onto their PC?
I am setting up W2k3e sp1 TS, in a W2k3 domain with all desktops XP sp2. I
cannot use mandatory profile because one of the applications needs to be
able to save settings in the profile ...

Epson T88III over terminal server connection

The printer was connected to a Client Windows XP PC. After logging onto
the Terminal Server 2003, the printer was listed within the session.
Both the server and client have the Epson Advanced Printer Driver
installed (version 301ef).
Any way to make them work?

Locale settings

Seem to be having a problem saving the Locale for users of TS 2000. I can
change the date settings to the correct format and English to Australian
English, bu this does not hold when the user logs out and back in. Is
there a way to save the settings so when the user logs in again it picks up
these settings. ...

Have installed the terminal server licensing on the sbs2003.
have done a test on the win2003 , but it give's me only 13 days left for
activation of the cals. would that not be 90 days.

I like to append a subdirectory under user's home directory to PATH... It
should ideally look something like:
%USERPROFILE%\MYDIR;$PATH$
Except USERPROFILE seems not to have been defined at the time Path is set
up...
