The remote computer has ended the connection

After installing Service Pack 1 on my windows 2003 Server I cannot login
using RDP from my XP SP2 client. The Server has also ISA 2000 installed. when
I try to connect I get the title message.
Please advice

Microphone and RDP

Is there a way to use the microphone connected to the local machine
when using remote desktop to connect to a terminal server?
I mean,
1) Connect a microphone to a local machine (say laptop)
2) From the laptop, remote desktop to windows 2003 terminal server.
3) Start sound recorder in the remote server. I see ...
