WTSOpenServer fails with "Access denied"

Hello,
I use the WTSxxxx API to send messages (WTSSendMessage) to all open TS
sessions.
I initially use WTSOpenServer to get the handle of the TS machine. This
works well for local Windows Domain.
But when I try with another Windows Domain, WTSOpenServer fails with "Access
denied" as the GetLastError. ...

Client Name trought TERMINAL SERVER

Hello everybody.
We have developed an application that needs to get the client computer name.
We are using the function WFQuerySessionInformationA (CITRIX API) to get the
client name, and we are getting an unintelligible string as computer name,
