Terminal Server for Testing Purposes

yesterday I discovered a cool Terminal Server, aparently for testing
purposes.
It's Host IP : 62.220.28.21
User name : myvfm_de\demo
Password : demo2006
At first sight It looks not bad...
But the language is in german :-(

I need to redo file type associations on a Terminal Server. In the Q257592
article they are refering to a tool called Peruser to allow these settings
to be copied to each user profile so I can configure this information on a
per-user basis. Is there anyone out there who knows where I could find this

Can anyone help me?
I need my term services connections to logoff when a user disconnects.
Such as when they shut the window at the X.
I have logoff disconnects set to 1 min
But how can I set it to logoff immediately? Is it possible?
