Printing in Excel causes misalign

Using Citrix on a 2000 server. When users print excel documents with
borders the text tends to become misaligned. The font is higher up the page
than the cell lines. I've tried other printer drivers, but it still does
it. Using 2003 office. Anyone else have this problem?

This has happened twice in the last three weeks:
I am getting a call because a windows 2000 terminal service users are
having problems: after being disconnected, they cannot get back in.
The server is running Windows 2000 SP3 (with all current patches beside
SP4) and Citrix metaframe 1.0 with current patch ...

Serial ports

Using windows 2003 as terminal service.
As client WinXP I can redirect mylocal printers and drives , I can se them
in a Remote Dektop session so this is working.
Also I redirect the local serial ports but how can I see them in a Remote
Desktop session,
do I need to map them in a Remote desktop session ?

Outlook express cannot browse hyper link

We use terminal server and it work well,
but, i've a issue to consultation expert here
a user login to the terminal server and it read a mail by outlook express,
if the mail embedded a web hyper link
when the user click the link, why it cannot auto popup the browser to link
the web.

Spoolsv.exe issue

I have to give a priority to our spoolsv.exe as low to handle my Terminal
Server 2003 pintout slow problem. It is using 30% of cpu (min) while some
people taking printout.
