Startup program, slow logoff

Hi,
I'm experiencing a strange behaviour when user logoff (RDP session),
with environment startup program set to any application (wordpad, notepad,
specific..) Log off time is little more than 60 sec, but when same user
connects without starting program, everything goes smooth. Userenv.log shows
not ...

Idle session limit

I am running windows server 2003 standard with terminal services. I have
idle session limit timeout set for 1 hour. I have had 1 user tell me they
were typing for 1 hour and they would be disconnected. Is the idle session
tied to mouse movment only?

I need to install terminal server on my DMZ.
My license server is seating on the LAN
What port I need to open to let the new server on the DMZ to communicate
with
the License server on the LAN?
Did the port need to be open all the times or only on the activation phase?
