RDP Login Loop problem - Windows XP Pro

We have recently had a new user to log into our terminal server running
Windows Server 2003, and have got him a username & password as required.
But he has a strange issue when connecting.
From his Windows XP Home edition pc, he can type our IP address, hit connect
and get a login screen - no problems.

W2K rollup 1 stops TS from working

I have been able to TS into my W2K server until last Friday when I installed
rollup 1 for W2K. I have tried to stop and restart TS on the server, but I
can't. The service says that it is started, but all the commands like stop
