On the SESSIONS tab of the Terminal Services Configuration tool, I'm
only able to set the Override User Settings for Active Time Limit and
Idle Session Limit.

All,
I have a W2k SP4 Terminal Server. when ever a non-administrator attempts to
login to my terminal server, they are allowed to connect and enter the
username / password, but then the server just hangs at a blue screen. No
desktop, no icons, no nothing...
