Terminal User surfing porn, how would you find out who?

I am hoping that someone has run into this problem before and can point me
in the correct direction. I work for a children's home, (like an orphanage)
and we have one group of employees that are all terminal services users.
When someone goes to a blocked website, the firewall sends me an email to
let me know ...

regional settings

Using W2003 TS Japanese version and thin clients use XPe english version.
On the server the regional settings are set to Japanese ONLY.
Problem is when the clients connect by rdp the language bar is in
English. Sure they can change it to switch to Japanese but users are
complaining they want it to switch autom ...

ts2003 virtual printer port failure to autocreate

Hi- I have a client that installed some bad print drivers into their 2003
terminal server. (spooler crashes, print failures). I uninstalled them and
then ran MS' spooler cleaner. Now, problem is that while I can see that the
client printer is detected on server because drivers are added, no virtual

Drives not connecting

I am connecting to a SBS Server 2003 with the Remote desktop client in
WinXP. My local drives are not connecting. I can connect to a other servers
and it works fine. But for some reason when I connect to this particular
