On my old w2k terminal server, I was able to troubleshoot issues by entering
an end user's remote desktop session and using the remote control feature.
This way they were abe to show me the problem, watch me fix it, etc.

We recently bouhgt new pocket pc's that came with Windows Mobile 2003 SE,
the old ones we used came with Windows CE.
In order to connect this new devices to our LAN we used Terminal Services.
Where can I find the Terminal Client for Windows Mobile 2003 SE or it is
installed in the Pocket PC?

It appears that the WM 5.0 Terminal Services Client has no provision for full
screen mode (though the Internet browser in WM 5.0 does) and is also limited
in color depth (I believe 256). As a suggestion, please add full screen
