Not able to connect to Terminal server in few machines in win2k ad

i have configured a terminal server for VB.NET in windows 2k advanced
server.
In few of my machines terminal services client was configured i uninstalled
and reinstalled the client software. But in that machines when i am

Just configured my W2k TS in application mode.
Installed Office 2000 with Transform File.
Put one user in Domain Admin group, configured exchange server settings
started outlook - > all works fine ...
....until I remove user from Domain Admin Group again.

I have written a service.
It has a hot key to be shown and default mode is hidden.
When I use terminal service connection and press the hot key, the
application is not shown.
