TS blocked new logons

Dear all,
It happen a strange problem with my TS server. It is blocked new logons!
When my users try to do a logon, they put the password and receive a blue
screen. The users that already connect can not make a Logoff and when the
administrator make a logoff for their users over TS manager, the process ...

I have a big problem.
I have a server 2000 ready to go with two partitions.
Somehow when I was finalizing it up, by mistake I went to "Diskmanagment"
And remove the "Boot Active" from C: which it is the main to D: which there
Is nothing.
In the old windows 98 or maybe XP or win 2K times, with FAT ...

We are running Windows 2003 w/ SP1 and Terminal Server. We are
having a strange problem. When a user (non-administrator) logs on they can
go into Word 2003 and print any document all they want. However if they go
into Excel 2003 or Powerpoint 2003 it says that there are no printers

However, it has no service pack installed and I was wondering how to install

Hi Gurus,
Got a question, every time I double click an icon I get a popup called "open
file security warning" that says:
"Do you want to open this file"
Name: *.Lnk
Publisher Unknown
Type: Shortcut
It seems to be with all the icons....strange. I can still run the programs
after I click "Open".
