Dual booting XP

I have a SATA drive and an IDE drive (primary slave) that I want to use
as dual boot.
The problem seems to be working out the syntax for the boot.ini file,
and an article I found on MS's website implies the XP bootloader ntldr
can't really handle drives on different controllers too well.

My computer will not boot. When it starts to boot up it goes to a blue screen
that says INACESSABLE_BOOT_DEVICE. then it says if it the first time you have

have coppied the NIC card driver from the old HD located at:

NT Server 4 Setup, Drivers...

Hi, i'm attempting to setup NT server 4 and can't get past a stage
where you hit F6 and it comes up asking for "mass storage drivers" and
"to specify additional drivers hit s" etc, does anyone know what
drivers it is asking for? there is no SCSI card in the system or
seperate controller card, only a Riva TNT 3 ...
