Adding to Shell "New" Menu

This actually is for Win2K, but hopefully someone here can either answer my
question, or point to a better place to ask.
I'd like to add an item to the File -> New menu in Explorer. All it needs
to do is copy a directory with all its files and subdirectories to the
current location. Any ideas?

NT4 Event Viewer Messages

Hi all, just helping a mate, with this prob.
While trying to solve some system problems which was traced to corrupt IE
5.5 files I have noticed about 20 error messages in the Event Viewer Log.
They are along the lines of:

I played a nero slideshow CD on an NT4 Server and now all the fonts except
two are gone. The fonts that are there are very,very small and hard to
read. Explorer shows the Fonts directory to be empty, but when I looked at
