Problem Reciveing Ping echo

Hi,
I have a problem regarding Ping.
I cannot ping any system outside the office, but strange enough I can
internet and send mail. we didn't change any thing in Router
Configuration (CISCO 800).
I can ping the External interface of Router (one with Public IP) but I
can not ping any systems by name or by t ...

DNS Loopback accessing webserver internally
