Windows Shell Script to Convert CSV Rows to Columns

Hello,
I am sure this can be done easily in VBS, but I really like NT shell, and
have found ways of doing a lot with it.
What I would like to do is be able to take a CSV file with rows such as:
filename.txt
joe,sam,bill,ben,don,bob,etc
33,12,06,45,18,22,70
and rotate the data to create a new file such ...

NT 4.0 server constantly rebooting after paging file changes

I adjusted the Initial and Max size of the paging file to 320MB and 480
respectively.
The server has a 256 MB RAM.
Then I was prompted to reboot.
The problem now is that it doesn't boot at all.

Hello we have a DL380 running NT which is used as a file server that is used
by staff logged on to company domain. There are shared folders that have
permission for anyone on the LAN. We do not have any issues with getting
access to the folders from the LAN.
