Webserver Alias Issue-

Hi!!
I recently requested our networking team to create a DNS alisas name
for our Dev Server as serverdev.domain.com for the hostname. When I
ping with the alias it shows me the right IP Address. However whenever
I try to access the webserver through the browser I get a WAC-1 error.

in. So i found to use netdom. but i dont understand how to use it, where do i
find the SAM account? how do i find the Replication_Partner_Server_Name? how
