I use remote desktop to log into several computers all running XP without any
problems and a 2003 server. However one PC is giving me fits!

Working as desktop support tech on fairly large domain ( approx 3000 PCs)
In the last two weeks I have noticed that quite a few PCs cannot be pinged
or remoted to.

I use folder redirection and offline folders for my users. All users "My
Documents" folders are set to Z: and redirected to \\Files\Users\%USERNAME%.
There is also a mapped drive letter P: that is mapped to \\Files\Users so
the employees can swap files between themselves:

Need two different sets of credentials to remote to same system from
same system

Is there any way to save or feed two sets of credentials, to connect to
the same system, from the same system? That is, on a single desktop,
I'd like to create a shortcut which lets a person log in with one set of
credentials, and a second shortcut that lets them log in with a
different set of credentials.
