WHQL for a PCI / PCI Express NIC/TOE/storage adapter - whats required for power management?

Looking to know if its D1, D2, D3hot / D3cold required.
I am at a loss trying to find what exaclty is required to pass the WHQL
tests. Do we need to support all of the states above for a PCI/PCI
Express adapter?
The adapter(s) will be in a Server Platform not desktop..
any help would be greatly apprecia ...

Winqual: Error encountered during new submission creation

Hello
I have been trying rather unsuccessfully to create a new submission for the
last few days.
After I add the test logs I receive an error message " ...does not appear to
contain valid logs for the selected operating system"
All tests have passed and the Submission viewer doesnt not indicate any
prob ...

Do you know what is the procedure to follow to get the "Windows Vista
Capable" logo for a printer driver?
I checked all the documentation on microsoft site, i am not sure if "Vista
Capable" logo is applicable for printer drivers.
