to a smaller portion of the physical monitor, so that testing can be
done as to how applications would look (and if they would be

Hello,
I am getting emails returned as "too large a file" to be recvd from family.
In particular, the email I am trying to send is a mpeg video attachment from
dgital camera. I want to change this file to a .wmv flie. Is this possible?
