Slow (very) DVD movie as Limited User

When playing WMP 11, as administrator, works perfecitly.
When playing as limited user plays extreamly slowly.
What services/user/et. al settings do I have to change to allow a DVD movie
to play under a limited user?
I'd not rather use an administrator account in order to play movies. ...

How to edit video clips in swf format?

Can someone please make this idiot proof for me? I downloaded the videos
clips from www.beyondbiofeedback.com. They are in the swf. format. I then
copied to a cd and also to dvd. To make them play though i have to go to my

I have some video clips that I would like to add tags to in order to make
searching easier. When I bring up the properties for the clip, I can not
access the keywords field; It's greyed out. Please help. Thanks.

No slow motion playback of AVI and MPG clips

I am running XP Home SP2 and Microsoft Media Player 11.
My still camera, a Canon S2 IS, takes VGA res, 30 fps, AVI video clips.
Microsoft Media Player has controls for playback speed (Fast, Normal, Slow
or variable per slider), but it does not seem to be enabled for these
videos.

When I view My Pictures in Media Player 11, JPEG/EXIF image attributes like
Camera Model and Keywords/Comments do not appear when a choose these columns,
yet they are visible when i display them as folder attributes in Windows XP.

Contact Sheet Standalone Program?

I've been using Media Player Classic to create thumbnail Contact Sheets for
some of my videos.
I love the program but I now need the 1st thubmanil created to be the first
frame of the film (00:00). Could someone recommend a program for me that
might work?
