MS VPN Client and local access

My company is a unix house but we have a client which runs on Windows
XP. Users connect to our site with MS VPN client and out software.
However, when they do this, they can't connect to systems on their LAN,
such as their Outlook Server.

I just bought this laptop that came with XP - I don't have the password for
the administrator, so I can't get past the log in screen. There HAS to be a

User and Admin PW invalid

I have an employee who changed the admin password on the computer and the
user PW is something random that I would not be able to guess. I've tried
rebooting in Safe Mode and getting to the ADMIN login however as I mentioned

Hello !!
Does anyone know how to change the default view in Windows XP of the user
accounts screen in Control Panel so that it looks the way it did in Windows
2000?
In XP you get the page of icons with associated pictures.
In Win2K, it was a rectangular box with the Accounts listed in a scrolling
box.

is it possible to get usefull information out of the temporary files created
in %temp% while working with EFS-encrypted office files?
Or is it necessary to activate EFS on %temp% to ensure highest security.
