Task Scheduler

I can't get my scheduled tasks to run. I get a error message (0x80041315 task
scheduler is not running). I checked my Services and Task Scheduler is not

Our area recently got hit with a funky virus; Radz_Services.vbs. This thing
was passed to us through our USB and due to how often we switch our memory
cards, before we knew it all of our memory cards and all three hard drives
were infected.

XP login script performance

I have a laptop that seems to be struggling with startup scripts. The
cscript.exe processes that run on this laptop (and all other PC's/Laptops)
seem to be much larger than any other equipment running the same scripts.

My computer will not turn "system restore" on - can someone please help me
figure out what is happening ~ or how I can turn it back on... I tried safe
mode - no luck.

Internet very slow

Recently my web surfing has become very slow -- like 35 - 45 seconds before
any page will come up. I expect a TCP/IP issue. It is on a DSL line. I
have contacted AT&T and there does not seem to be a line problem. I am
