This is on worksation in server 2003 domain
Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to contact the
active directory (0x8007054b). The specified domain either does not exist or
could not be contacted.
Enrollment will not be performed.
How can it be fixed?

Remote Desktop in Server 2003 domain

Remote desktop only seems to work on the server. We have XP Pro
workstations and cannot seem to connect from one workstation to another.
Remote desktop and remote assistance has been checked in the system
properties.

hi all just got my hands on a SECOND HAND COMPUTER BUT IT KEEPS SAYING I HAVE
LOW DISK SPACE when in fact there is hardly anything on this also one of the
drivers pops up with the name HP_RECOVERY can any 1 help and also i tried
updating the drivers for the sound its just not having it ...

Keyboard/Audio/Video interference problem

Hi All,
The System: Windows XP Professional 2002 Service pack 2, Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz
with 512 Meg RAM. The audio device is on the motherboard it is a C-Media
AC97.
The problem: While either audio or video is playing I get a click and
constant interference when using the keyboard, with video I'm not both ...

Defrag Won't Work

All of a sudden when I try sto start defrag, it seems to start in a
black DOS window. It flashes on and disappears.

cannot use my restore dates, using a dell computer.problem is it will restore
for about 2 days then on it's own they are gone.when i check properties the
check box to shut down restore is checked.i have 9mb of free disc space, any

xp home edition

i am using xp home edition and doing a scan with system utilities it said my
procceser is a 64 bit but i only have my pc set up with a 32 bit
configeration.
i wondered if someone can advise on the benefits of upgrading to 64 bit and
where upgrade can be found.

Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start

my 2 year old PC is suddenly having a host of problems. My printer driver
disappeared, I cannot drag files, Windows help won't show up, etc. Without
Windows help, I can't try a system restore. IE closes right after it starts,
and the Services Extended tab shows no services at all, just a big blue
square.

Help! I cannot open Attachments sent to my Yahoo Mail from a Vista Computer.
Power Point Attachments lead me to a blank PPT document. I get an error
Message when I try to open a PDF file. Is there a patch for this.

ide vs raid bios setting for sata drive

My friend has a single sata drive with the bios set as raid. I think this
should be set to ide but am unsure. I am wondering if this setting is
affecting the performance of their computer. What do you think? ...
