Assign Drive Letter to a partition

I was playing with diskmgmt.msc and found that on my hard disk there are 2
new partitions. (These partitions are not visible from Windows Explorer)

HELP! I can't exit out of Recovery console

What an amatuer mistake! While my computer was booting, I accidentally pushed
F10 which brought up the RECOVERY CONSOLE, now, no matter how many times I
push exit, it is still opening the RECOVERY CONSOLE EVERYTIME IT REBOOTS!!!

Power Saving Mode

Anytime that I am viewing photos or watching a video clip, my work computer
