creating form in word 2003

I'm trying to configure a form in word 2003 where, when the user
selects an option from a drop down list certain fields with checkboxes
should be greyed out after not allowing them to select that option.
Basically we have departments that should not get word 2003 due to
some incompatibilities with some inhouse ...

MS Excel, Cannot close this program

I am running Excel 2003, using Win XP Home Ed. I opened a file I have
been working on and when I went to save the file I could not. The SAVE
command in the FILE pulldown is grey and will not let me save. Then I
went to close the Excel program using the red X and nothing happens.
Help please!!

I am using McAfee 2008 and it has been catching this virus or trojan
