no internet on desktop

I have desktop computer with WIN XP Home conected wirelessly to Siemens 555
wireless router for ADSL connection.
As protection I had WEP/WAP (or similar) pasword protection and MAC filter
turned on.
Everything was fine. Both computers connect wirelessly to Internet separatly
and at the same time if needed.

Ok, I am having an issue where I can't connect either way between my
iMac and my Toshiba Satellite M50. Before I had my mac and laptop
wired to the wireless router but due to shifting around they are both
connecting wirelessly. When they were wired I had set it up so that I

update field from another table

I have two tables that are nearly identical, table 1 has 2 fields
ISBN10 and ISBN13
table 2 has the same fields, but field ISBN10 in table 1 is empty.
I'd like to update ISBN10 on table 1 but I don't know how to do so. each
ISBN13 is a unique number so between table 1 and 2 there is a way to match
them up ...

Hard Coded IP XP cannot be removed

I am Working on a laptop WIn XP Home SP3. Everytime the machine boots up,
wireless connection is assigned a hard coded IP address. There was a
communication s/ware installed by AIS in Thailand which created a AIS network
connection, but it has been deleted.
In IPconfig, the IP is showing Autoconfig IP Add ...

Connectivity Problem

Replaced HD on client comp, reinstalled drivers. Comp recognizes LAN
however shows limited or no conductivity. Repair feature does not correct.

Dear All,
Is there any command in Windows XP or 2000 in which i can get Host Name of
any system by providing IP Address over the LAN in workgroup not in Domain.
Just like when we ping any host name, we can get ip address of the same
machine, in the same way can we get Host Name with any command or something ...

Small Work Group networking, Not being able to see other computers

The network is 5 computer based. There's one printer connected to another
computer.
The computer with the printer can connect to every machine but 1, and that
other computer can connect to every computer, but the one that has the
printer. Anyone have a clue as to what's going on and how to fix it? ...
