VPN 619 error.

I have 2 PC's. One works the other get 619 errors when connecting.
PC1 XP Home fails , PC2 Vista Work just fine.
I have changed all settings to see if anything helps. Google search has
nothing but others with the same problem and no solutions.

My PC is crazy! I have a wired connection to my router and it works
constantly. I also have a VPN connection for my office, which I use
now and then. For some reason now, whenever my PC has an application
