Computer periodically comes off Standby

Periodically I find the HDs running after a few hours of having the computer
on standby. Does not happen all the time. Nobody has been near the
computer/mouse. To insure that it initially goes on standby, I will watch
the HDs shut down, the CRT go dark, and the indicators lights start to blink.

I reinstalled windows xp home to secondary harddrive.
We ended up having a a windows installation on both both the mater hardrive
and the slave harddrive, we wanted to only have one installation on only the
