Help with a Link on a page.

I tried to pay my bill, which I have done many times. But now when I go to
click the pay now arrow, it wont work. I see that the reference to the Links
are not available. I have tried to turn on the links but it still doesnt
work. Is this a problem with Internet explorer?

I've had problems with malware which has stopped me being able to log into
XP. I've run Malwarebytes and Spybot search and destroy through using safe
mode and it found quite a few infected files. Now it is cleaned out it still

Hit start, The pop up for shut off or restart pops up . Hit restart or shut
down button and it does not work. Have to use button on computer to shut
off.?? Help!!

Cannot Download Google Earth

Network connection problem

This just started to happen in the past week. I have no network
connection or the network icons in the systray right after boot-up. It
takes around 1-2 minutes then the icons appear and I have connection.

Support site but the only UK sterling one is by Roxio.

excessive cpu with browsers

I have XP, IE6, and use Avant browser also. Whenever I open a browser (I
have tried several) my cpu usage soon shoots to the max and hangs my pc.
Offline there are no such problems (or with Outlook Express).
I need feedback in order to figure this out and solve it. TIA.
