Can't boot after motherboard replacement

I am running Windows XP SP3.
I had the following hardware installed:
- Gigabyte GA-8IDML socket 478 motherboard
- Intel Pentium IV 2GHz 400FSB
- 2x 256MB Kingston PC133 SDRAM
- Nvidia Ti4400 128MB AGP card
- Seagate 120GB EIDE hard drive
- Seasonic 380W PSU

network connections

I AM THICK !!!!, but I have reinstalled XP home on another p.c, I CAN connect
to the internet (LAN Connection) using Safe Mode, but when I log on as
normal, I cannot connect, why is this and how do I fix it ?????? PLEASE HELP

IE7 not displaying background images or stylesheets

Thought I'd toss this out here to some higher minds:
A friend has a machine running Windoze XP (SP3 I believe) with multiple
identities set up. On one of the 'identities', which has admin rights, IE7
will not display stylesheets or background images. IE7 behaves properly

Windows Explorer Dies at Right-Hand Mouse Click

When I try to right-click on a file, or when I ht "file" or "edit" on
the top line of my screen, I get an error message saying "windows explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close." Then windows explorer closes
down and I get the Blue Screen of Death for a couple of seconds, and I'm back

can't see all computers on network

This network uses static IP addresses, one workgroup, same subnet. The
problem is most, but not all computers can be seen under add network
place. I checked one of the computers that can't be seen and can't
determine why. Same workgroup, subnet, etc. This computer can see
some, but not all computers as well. ...
