Hello,
yesterday i've installed my old M$ Wireless Desktop1000
Keyboad & Mouse on an WIN-XP-Home SP3 machine.
Before connected, i've installed the latest IntellPoint & Type SW
V6.3. Then everything works fine except the volume keys
on the keyboad!!! Mute Volume works also fine....

Strange as it may seem,most power supply's are installed up-side down..
Even when installed by a pc mfg,1 out of 5 that were checked had the board
of the power supply facing the top of the case,it should be facing downwards,
& the split of the shell should be on the bottom (in most cases)...If run
upside

Hello, I'm on a Compaq nc8430 laptop. Inside it has a Matshita DVD-RAM
UJ-8505 dvd drive. As of at least one month ago, it could read/burn both DVDs

Thank you. Sorted my issue, I found that the registry the entry had been altered my an installation of a Thomson broad band modem to only point to the Thomson inf location.

Computer won't play DVD's

I have Windows XP home, Sony dvd player. When I put a disc in to play
nothing happens. In my computer it shows the drive but no title. I bring up
media player (Windvd5 and Windows media player) it won't play. Checked event
viewer and say it is a ID7 Symblic name IO_ERR_BAD_BLOCK. What can I do to
