Environment Setting

I know there's away to do this - but I just can't put my finger on it!
Could someone please direct me to the tweak that will enable me to set WinXP
to run all applications in their own separate environments? Thanks.

Lan property empty but working =8-o

Xp Pro sp2.
My network, Right click on the lan icon. It show only the microsoft client
but no protocols are installed! =8-o
But everything work: browse the workgroup, navigate on Internet, I have a PC
name, workgroup and IP address, BUT I CAN'T NEVER CHANGE ANYMORE because I
have no more access to the TCP proto ...

Antivirus 2009

Recently my computer got infected with Antivirus 2009. I have been able to
remove it and all its files, and icons. But I still have folder remaining
in my (taskbar and task menu properties) in the (Customize Options) Is there
some way to remove it from there?

the current-user my documents is missing in my computer for all the limited
accounts. they do appear properly for the administrators, however. if i
change the limited accounts to administrator status, then all the users'
documents show up. if i add a new limited account, no my document ...

Here's the short tale of my story.
a. C-drive fails
b. All contents of the c-drive are captured onto an external drive
c. XP is installed on a new drive.
d. unstoppable copier puts contents of external on new drive. Program
Files folders and all else are replaced with the 'old' folders

System Restore & IE corrupt
