Cayman 3341-B

I have a Netopia Cayman 3341-B DSL Modem but no driver CD. The modem works
in Vista. According to the inf, the driver is supposed to be for 9x and XP
etc but I can't get it to install in ME or XP. I have put CnxTrUsb.sys and
CnxTrLan.sys and TrN2ikc.cat on a floppy with the following CxtTrLan.inf

ATI MOM.Implementation Error on Windows XP Professional X64

Dear,
I have a problem when I installed unistalled graphics drivers and then I
installed back the drivers on Windows XP Professional X64 version. I have ATI
graphics card X1950 Pro 256mb. I installed the Ati Catalyst 7.1 drivers and I
also tried the new Catalyst 7.2 drivers.
A now the problem - Error ...

XP can't find any standard drivers unless I point it to Inf folder

Hi, as above really. Any ideas?
E.g. when I plug in a standard device which XP has a standard driver for, it
cannot find the driver during automatic install. But if I show hidden files
then point it to manually seach c:/windows/inf then it finds it no problem.

Every time I restart my computer the sound device is disabled. To restart, I
must delete the device (SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio) using Device
Manager and then have the computer "re-find" it and install it again! Can you
help with a solution?
