nothing happens

Hello
I installed Windows DDK (3900.1830). Then I created an empty directory on my
system d:\...\test.
After this I created a file "hello.c", "makefile" and "source".
That's what they contain:
--

Portmon v3.02 question
Fri, 9 Mar 2007 15:42:58 -0600
I have been using portmon.exe v3.02 which I got from the sysinternals tech
site. I love it, but one thing puzzles me. How do you interpret the relative
time? Is it relative to previous display line? And in what units? The help
file really does not help here.
Thank you for any clues.

ACM Drivers
Mon, 26 Feb 2007 13:20:07 -0600
I need to modify an audio stream. I have looked at the .acm driver samples
in the DDK, but I am unfamiler with them. It looks like these are called
from user space rather than kernel space. Does anyone know where I can
find more information on these drivers and how they are used?
