How to save all username and passwords of one computer

Hi, experts!
After cleaning computer I must put again all username-s and all password-s
for access to sites where I need them. Because I clean very often, its take
time.
How I can save all this different usernames and passwords, what program to
use, which will return all at once.

how do I import my old user settings in the new user account set
up when I reinstalled windows?

I had a strange problem causing my computer to fall into a boot loop and
the only way to get out was to reinstall windows xp. I installed xp sp3
but it turned out to do a completely new install. My old settings etc
are still there, how do I import them into the new user account?

Cannot open files on USB drives

When I insert a USB Flash Drive, it is recognized and assigned a Drive
Letter.
however when I try to access (open) it to transfer or read files I get the
message
"This Operation Has Been Cancelled Due to Restrictions in Effect on This
Computer. Please contact your system administrator"

After I have customized my "display" and "sounds" settings in control panel
and then restart my computer, all of my settings revert back to the default
ones. What can I do in order to have my customized settings remain in tact

Add Dimensions and Date Picture taken to registry

In my list view, I like Explorer to show Dimensions, and Date Picture
Taken. I (often) add them (r-click on column names) but every now and
again Windows "forgets" that I added it and I have to readd them in the
List View.
Is there any way to add them by merging a registry file? That way, if I

The SSD C: drive is 4GB, the SDHC D: drive is 8GB. I'm working to move

darkening the taskbar

I want to know if there is a way to auto darken the taskbar until mouse-over.
I would like to still be able to see and read things like the time in it
while its dark but be able to make it bright on mouse-over.
