I have a toshiba laptop that was infected with some downloader trojan.
Norton Internet Security caught and resolved the file. After reboot, when

Can't delete a file from the Program Files

Recently, I installed a program. Now, I want to try deleting some of the
files for that application from the 'Program Files' folder on the C: drive,
but I can't.
I keep getting a box with this title:
"Error Deleting File or Folder"
And the box has this message:

I need to disable Open File - Security Warning in general (not adding
exeptions, managing zones and etc., which i found in google).
So the most appropriate descision i finded is to create
SEE_MASK_NOZONECHECKS variable in System Variables with value =1 and reboot.
But it doesn't working for me, im still gettin ...

Right click for short cut ment

When I right click on any file or folder for short cut ment, it takes about
30 seconds for menu to appear. Kindly suggest the way to solve this problem.
