Ok, I've got this Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter #2 that can't be
uninstalled, can't start and I can't find the driver for this thing. How do I
correct this problem? I'm running XP Home and all of the updates are done.

We have 2 year old AcerPower FH desktop machines with XP Pro SP3. They came
with all sorts of proprietary programs for security and other stuff which I
believe effected the machine's operating efficiency (slowed them down

Windows Search

I used to be able to double-click on a file folder and then it would open up
and show me the files contained therein. Now when I double-click I get the
Windows Search window. I can I get back to the way it used to work with just
opening up the folder?

i am operating a peer to peer network with several PCs running both Win2000 and WinXP
and NO internet access. I find it useful to have all the computers synchronize their
system time with 1 computer on the network. i then just set that 1 computer's clock
about once every week or 2 or 3 just to keep it close ...

Can someone link me to a list that shows the sort order of all
displayable characters in a Windows XP filename?
It's not ASCII order, nor ANSI order. If it were, then curly brackets
{} and tilde ~ would sort out to the bottom, but they go to the top.

windows. I know we could probably run an OS other than Windows - but
