Why is my XP taking so long to shut down.
have deleted all the unnecessary things in Startup but compared to a few
weeks ago it is now taking ages to shut down.
I have installed a second copy of XP on another physical drive but don't see

Windows 2003 Roaming Profile Issues

missinng network drive causes delays

I have a network drive configured that is my ipod touch (actually, an
application on the touch). I map a drive to
the URL and then I can transfer files to/from the ipod touch (iphone).
When the ipod is not connected I run into a delay problem when I try certain

An older Dell workstation had it's on-board NIC die on me. I am hoping the
rest of the MOBO is not also damaged, but the machine runs good otherwise.
I uninstalled all the Network Adapter devices in device manager, disables

Windows Search bogs down searching host drive but not mapped drive

Win Firewall deactivates when inserting UMTS ExpressCard IV

Hello NG,
I have a big problem. I have Win XP on my notebook. Installing T-Mobile
ExpressCard IV.
With WLAN, everything is ok. When I connect with UMTS, the Win XP firewall
deactives and I cannot re-activate it.
Do you know why and how can I fix the problem?

Please can somebody help me with Dual boot problem

I had windows XP and Win 7 on the same hard drive, sadly the xp got
corrupted and I have just done a fresh installation. Now I can only boot
into XP and not into Win 7.
Is there any way or utility out there that is free that will allow me to get
the boot menu back as it was under Win 7 I mean where it gives ...
