Microsft Windows XP Service Pack 3 Bug Report

While attempting to change the administrator password using Service Pack 3, I
noticed that the keyboard driver was not working and windows did not detect
it within the hardware list.
I had to use the onscreen keyboard as an alternative, this problem did not
exist within Service Pack 1, 1a or 2.

Extremely Slow Boot

I have an HP desktop that's about 2 years old (P4-2.99Ghz). It have 1.5 gb
of memory.
The problem is that it boots EXTREMELY slowly even in SAFE mode.
Once it's running it performs OK.
I've run AV and anti-spyware on the box as well as System Mechanic and
CCLEANER to clean the registry.

All of a sudden I can no longer login to my Admin account.
I get an error message to the effect that account have been locked out
due to 3 unsuccessful attempts.
